Job Description
As a Junior Payroll Consultant, you will support a portfolio of clients and learn the full end-to-end payroll process under the guidance of experienced team members.
Key responsibilities n

Assisting with payroll processing across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles
n
Supporting client portfolios with routine payroll tasks
n
Learning to process terminations, redundancies, bonuses, and other ad hoc calculations
n
Assisting with superannuation and payroll tax calculations and lodgements
n
Contributing to month-end processing and reporting
n
Providing friendly and responsive client service
n
Learning to work across Payroll Metrics and other cloud-based payroll platforms
n
About you n
n
Has some experience in payroll, HR, or accounting (or is a recent graduate)
n
Is organised and attentive to detail
n
Communicates well, both verbally and in writing
n
Works well in a supportive team workplace
n
Is motivated to learn and grow professionally
