We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team. The applicant must be professional, effective, hardworking & have the ability to create a good rapport with our patients & team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, passion, committed to the role & willing to work collaboratively with our team of nurses. Full time and Part time positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

General treatment room duties
n
Chronic Disease Management
n
Preparation & education in Care Planning
n
Health Assessments
n
ECG/Spirometry/Audiometry
n
All Childhood Immunisations & general vaccinations
n
Wound care
n
Assisting with minor and complex procedures
n
Cold chain management
n
Ordering of medical supplies
n
Triage
n




the Co-ordination of patient recalls and results utilising HotDocs software
n
Sterilising of Medical Equipment
n
COVID-19 Vaccination protocol & guidelines
n
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
n
Ability to follow procedure and be confident in decision making skills
n
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the practice team
n
Effective use of registers and reminder systems to prompt intervention and promote best practice care
n
Participate in the development and implementation and evaluation of relevant policies and procedures
n
n

About you
n
n
n
Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse
n
A minimum of 1 years+ General Practice nursing experience
n
Experience with care plans and health assessments
n
Applicants are to be consistently warm, caring and empathetic with patients, fellow nurses and administration.
n
We desire an individual who can work independently and as a team member.
n
Experience with Best Practice software highly regarded but not essential.
n
