About the Role n
Working in our Mulgrave showroom, you will help customers find furniture and home pieces that suit their space, style and needs while delivering a professional and welcoming showroom experience.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

Welcoming customers and assisting them throughout the showroom
n
Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable furniture and home products
n
Providing product information,



pricing and styling suggestions
n
Following up customer enquiries and sales opportunities
n
Processing sales and assisting with customer orders
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing showroom
n
Assisting with product displays and showroom presentation
n
Providing excellent customer service before and after the sale
n
Supporting the wider showroom team with the wide-ranging day-to-day tasks required to keep a busy retail environment running smoothly
n
About You n

Are confident, approachable and enjoy working with customers

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Have a genuine interest in furniture, interiors or home styling

Are comfortable working towards sales results

Are reliable, organised and able to work independently

Have a positive and proactive attitude

Are available to work
Saturdays
n
n
Previous experience in
furniture, homewares, interiors, retail or showroom sales
would be highly regarded, but we are also open to candidates with strong customer service and sales potential.
