Talent Advisor
to join our Kalgoorlie team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support operations across Western Australia, sourcing and attracting talent for trades and underground mining positions.

residential Kalgoorlie-based role
is suited to someone with solid administration, communication, and relationship-building skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing n
n
Deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
n
Coordinate compliance and pre-employment checks.
n
Facilitate group recruitment activities.
n
Lead site mobilisation and onboarding.
n
Source talent for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
n
Build talent pipelines and candidate networks.
n
Represent Northern Star at recruitment events and career fairs.
n




Experience & Qualifications: n
n
Previous recruitment experience is preferred but not essential - a passion for people and recruitment counts!
n
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
n
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
n
Current Australian "C" Class Manual Driver's Licence.
n
