We are seeking candidates to join our enthusiastic and skilled team of Road Plant Operators based at our Cranbourne West depot with work across Victoria. Casual Roles available.

About the role
n
On a normal day, you will operate and maintain our fleet of machinery, including Spreaders, Mixers, Rollers and Water Trucks.
n
Ensure the machinery is maintained to a high standard.
n
Uphold our high safety standards, ensuring hazards are identified, rectified and reported.
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
Experience operating or working with plant and heavy machinery in the road construction industry or have an aptitude and desire to work in the industry.
n
Genuine commitment to workplace health and safety.

You are passionate about the great outdoors, working with others towards the same goals.
n
A natural technical flair for problem solving and attention to detail.
n
You are self-motivated to get the job done right the first time.
n
You are happy to travel to various locations in Victoria and sometimes stay away from home.
n
A flexible and adaptable mindset and are willing to learn new operations.
n
Ability to communicate respectfully to all customers and your colleagues.
n
Hold a Construction Induction Card (White Card).
n
A HR licence will be essential, but HC (Road Ranger) would be preferable.
n
