Job Description
Marae Izakaya Chadstone is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager / Japanese Hot Food Chef to own the BOH and lead the hot kitchen in a high-volume Japanese dining concept at Chadstone Shopping Centre. You will oversee rostering, stock control, and team coaching while driving culinary excellence and premium presentation.

This full‐time role requires 3–5 years in hot kitchens with at least 2 years in Japanese techniques, robust leadership, and a commercial mindset for food and labour costs.
