Sunshine Coast Holiday Parks is seeking a motivated Guest Services Team Leader to guide and support our front‐of‐house team across multiple locations.

You will oversee bookings, payments and reception duties while maintaining high standards of guest service, solving enquiries, and coordinating daily operations with park management.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, leadership and a calm, organised approach in busy environments, and own vehicle to travel between sites.
