Plus Fitness Blaxland is seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated person to join our team in a casual Membership Sales and Reception position.
We are a welcoming, community-focused 24/7 gym located in the Lower Blue Mountains.
We pride ourselves on providing an inclusive and supportive workplace where members of all ages and fitness levels feel comfortable and valued.
About the role
This varied position combines membership sales, customer service, reception duties and general gym administration.
You will be one of the first points of contact for members and prospective members, helping create a positive and professional club experience.
Key responsibilities
Welcome members and visitors to the clubRespond to telephone, email and social media enquiriesConduct club tours and explain membership optionsFollow up leads, appointments and membership enquiriesAssist prospective members through the joining processComplete membership administration and maintain accurate recordsProcess payments and assist with general account enquiriesBuild positive relationships with membersSupport member retention, referral and promotional campaignsComplete regular gym-floor and facility checksAssist with maintaining a clean, safe and presentable clubEnforce club policies in a friendly and professional mannerSupport the Club Manager with general administrative tasks
About you

Qualifications and experience
Previous experience in customer service, reception, administration, retail or sales is preferred but not essential.
Training will be provided to the right applicant.
Personal training or fitness qualifications, industry experience and a current First Aid certificate would be advantageous.
Availability
Applicants must have flexible availability for casual shifts between 8:00 am and 7:30 pm on weekdays, with Saturday availability desired.
