dressing and toiletingMobility and transfer assistanceMedication support (where applicable)Meal preparation and light household tasksDomestic assistance including cleaning and laundrySocial support, companionship and community engagementSupporting customers to maintain independence and achieve their goalsAbout YouWe're looking for caring, reliable and customer-focused individuals who enjoy supporting others.To be successful, you'll have:A passion for supporting older Australians, with strong communication and relationship-building skillsA minimum of 12 months' experience providing personal care in aged care, disability or hospital settings and/or a qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Home & Community CareA current Australian Driver's LicenceYour own comprehensively insured car (shared vehicles and international licences are not accepted)Availability to support customers across Caboolture, North Lakes, Bribie Island and surrounding areasCommitment to completing our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics training programAustralian Unity is an Equal Chance Employer.
