Job Description
Mercy Health Albury is seeking a casual Hospital Assistant to support patient meals and kitchen operations in a 30-bed facility. The Food Services team works from 8:00am to 7:00pm with rotating shifts across the day to ensure continuous service.

You will assist with meal preparation, plating, service and kitchen cleaning while following HACCP and NSW Food Authority guidelines. Start your healthcare career in a supportive, team-focused workplace.
