with the opportunity and intention to transition into a permanent full-time position for the right person.The successful applicant will be a highly skilled and reliable operator who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity.You will be responsible for operating plant and equipment safely and efficiently while completing works in accordance with company procedures, industry standards and legislative requirements.Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience in final trim excavation using GPSProven experience operating excavators in a civil construction environmentCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceCurrent White Card / relevant industry cardRelevant plant and machinery ticketsStrong understanding and commitment to workplace health and safetyAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamProven ability to work safely, efficiently and unsupervisedStrong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your workExcellent work ethic and a proven history of reliability and consistent performanceAbility to follow instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and other team membersWhat We OfferFull-time hours on a casual contractCompetitive hourly rates, including overtime and applicable penalty ratesOpportunity to transition to permanent full-time employmentA supportive and professional team environmentStrong focus on safety, quality and productivityOngoing projects providing job security, variety and consistent hoursThe chance to work with a growing company that values its people and their contribution
