Bunnings Warehouse is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to lead daily operations across Newcastle & Hunter Valley stores. You'll oversee a large team, ensure safety and high service levels, and collaborate with Commercial Sales, Distribution Centres and Support Office to drive growth in your area.

You'll manage stock, safety compliance and sales performance while coaching Managers and Supervisors to achieve targets in a fast-paced retail setting.
