We have an exciting opportunity available for a part time Assistant Store Manager to help drive the success of our brand new Sunshine Coast store.The RoleReporting to the Store Manager, you will bring outstanding customer service, energy and drive across our Sunshine Plaza store.
You will engage with and deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:Support the Store Manager with daily operations and achieving sales targets and KPI'sReceive, process and organise stock,



including visual merchandising according to guidelinesProcess sales through POSMaintain an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide customers with accurate advice and recommendationsEffectively contribute to a culture of exceptional customer service standardsInspire and mentor our retail team as a role model and brand ambassadorTraining and developing a team of casual sales assistantsAbout youYour previous retail experience within a brand and/or multi-brand setting will enable you to keep Afends ahead of the curb!
To be successful in this role you will have:Demonstrated retail experience, ideally within a similar mono or multi-brand environmentExcellent customer service skills, forward-thinking and highly organisedAbility to effectively manage rostering and wage controlExceptional visual merchandising and stock control capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve KPI'sCommitment to delivering exceptional brand experience through sound product knowledgeWillingness to work weekends and across our various retail stores where requiredPositive and friendly attitude with a talent for problem solvingYou'll love working for usWe offer a competitive salary, a seasonal clothing allowance, and a very generous staff discount.
