The role focuses on telephone intake and screening for newly referred clients accessing allied health and community services.You will collaborate with clinical staff and the Intake Team Leader to engage, screen and determine referral priority, ensuring timely access to services.
This is a fixed term, part time opportunity with vaccination and pre-employment checks.
