At voco Gold Coast, we're looking for a reliable, confident and guest-focused Casual Night Auditor to join our Front Office team.If you enjoy working independently, have a great eye for detail and know how to deliver a warm welcome no matter the hour, this could be the perfect role for you.As our Night Auditor, you'll be an key part of keeping the hotel running smoothly overnight.
You'll balance the day's accounts, look after our late-night and early-morning guests, and ensure everything is ready for the team when a new day begins.A little taste of your day-to-dayEvery night is different, but you'll mostly be:Welcoming guests and managing late check-ins and early check-outsProcessing room charges, credit and debit card payments and cash transactions accuratelyResponding to overnight guest enquiries, requests and phone callsRunning the nightly audit through our property management system and ensuring accounts are balancedPreparing reports and completing end-of-day proceduresKeeping the Front Office running smoothly and professionally throughout the nightWorking closely with other hotel departments to ensure our guests have a great experienceWhat we need from youWe're looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of the hotel overnight and can provide the friendly,
