Job Description
Our client is Australia's largest supplier of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), servicing over 350,000 residential, commercial, and industrial customers since ****. Seeking an experienced Fleet Controller for daily coordination, monitoring, allocation, and compliance of the fleet, delivering LPG to customers and clients across Sydney and the greater region.
Key Responsibilities: n

Coordinate daily fleet movements and driver schedules
n
Allocate delivery runs and optimise routes based on operational requirements
n
Monitor drivers and vehicles throughout the day and respond to delays or disruptions
n
Maintain communication with drivers, customers and internal operations teams
n
Ensure compliance with safety, fatigue management and dangerous-goods transport requirements
n
Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance and defect reporting
n
Maintain accurate fleet,



delivery and driver records
n
Assist with urgent deliveries, breakdowns and operations issues as required
n
Work full-time hours Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm
n
Requirements to fulfill the role: n
n
Experience in a busy call centre workplace, being able to multitask and work under pressure
n
Computer literate and able to manage numerous packages
n
Physically fit and healthy, being able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
n
Full "Unrestricted" Working Rights in Australia with residency in close proximity to Blacktown, NSW
n
Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy are essential attributes for this role
