Working alongside the team, you'll lead by example and contribute to a safe, productive, and customer-focused environment.Key responsibilities include:Assisting with branch operations and daily workflow managementHandling cash, EFTPOS and financial transactions accuratelySupporting branch growth, sales performance and profitability objectivesProviding outstanding customer service and relationship managementAssisting with counter sales, order picking,



packing and dispatch activitiesPromoting a strong safety culture and supporting team engagement initiativesSupporting team members to achieve operational and sales goalsMaintaining stock accuracy and effective warehouse operationsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Previous retail, trade, wholesale or customer service experienceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience handling cash and financial transactionsSound computer and intermediate IT skillsA willingness to be hands-on and support all areas of the branchForklift licence (desirable)Current Australian Driver's LicenceWhy Tradelink?
