families, and colleaguesSupporting learning experiences across different age groups and learning environmentsAssisting with daily routines, transitions, and centre operationsContributing to a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environmentSupporting educational documentation and children's learning journeysAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you'll have:A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or be actively working towards a qualificationPrevious experience working in a Long Day Care settingFlexibility to travel between nearby Affinity centres when requiredAvailability to accept casual shifts, including short-notice opportunitiesA current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain oneOur Commitment to Child SafetyAt Affinity Education, we believe every child has the right to feel safe, respected, and valued.
