This is a varied role combining front-of-house customer service, administration and equipment logistics, providing essential support to our engineers, project teams and customers.Key responsibilitiesYou will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of reception and coordinating the secure and efficient receipt, storage, tracking and dispatch of customer and company equipment.Providing professional reception and customer service via phone, email and face-to-faceGreeting visitors and coordinating site access and customer visitsReceiving and distributing mail, courier deliveries and documentationCoordinating the receipt, storage,



handling and dispatch of customer equipmentArranging domestic and international freight, including packaging and documentationTracking shipments and liaising with freight providers and customersMaintaining accurate equipment records and traceabilityConducting condition checks and reporting damaged or missing itemsSupporting project meetings, seminars and training activitiesAbout youExperienced in reception, administration, logistics or customer serviceHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident managing competing prioritiesProfessional and customer-focusedA clear and effective communicatorReliable, accountable and adaptableCompetent in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM/ERP systemsCertificate III/IV or higher qualification in Business Administration, Customer Service or Logistics is desirableExperience within a laboratory, engineering or technical environment would also be advantageous
