Excellent customer service and communication skills

Positive, professional attitude

Confident dealing with the public (face-to-face & phone)

Ability to multitask in a busy environment

Willingness to learn new systems (basic computer skills required)

Automotive experience is a bonus -
but not essential!

What You'll Be Doing n

Welcoming customers and providing excellent service
n




Booking vehicles for servicing and repairs
n
Answering phone calls and customer enquiries
n
Managing job cards, iPads, and daily bookings
n
General administration, data entry, and email correspondence
n
Reception duties and office housekeeping
n
Supporting the team with day-to-day admin tasks
n
Maintaining confidentiality at all times
