This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their skills in a vibrant winery setting.Key responsibilitiesGreeting guests warmly and seating them in designated areasTaking food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyServing meals and beverages with professionalism and attention to detailProviding knowledgeable recommendations about our wine selection and menu offeringsClearing tables promptly and maintaining a clean and tidy dining environmentProcessing payments and handling cash or card transactions responsiblySupporting kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flowResponding to guest requests and resolving any concerns with courtesy and diplomacyAdhering to health and safety standards and food handling proceduresWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in wait staff or hospitality service roles (preferred but not essential)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests warmlyStrong attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders and servingPhysical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and carry items safelyReliability and punctuality,
