We're seeking a skilled and reliable Café Supervisor / Lead Barista to run the café day to day.Role Overview:This is a hands-on role for an experienced barista who takes pride in every coffee they make.
You will run the kiosk on your shifts, keep coffee quality and service consistent, and look after basic rostering and ordering to keep the café stocked and running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee to a consistent standardRun daily kiosk operations, including opening and closing proceduresComplete basic rostering for café staff within the labour budgetPlace orders for coffee, milk and café stock,



keeping stock levels right and minimising wastageTrain and guide team members on coffee preparation and service standardsKeep the kiosk clean, well presented and fully stocked throughout tradeEnsure compliance with food safety, health and hygiene standardsDeliver fast, friendly customer serviceWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience as a skilled barista, with the ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee in a busy environmentStrong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing and latte artExperience with basic rostering and stock ordering (supervisory experience highly regarded)Availability to work 4 days per weekOrganised, reliable and able to work independentlyExcellent communication and customer service skillsExemplary personal grooming and qualified appearanceHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityPart-time or casual employment, 4 days per weekApplicants must have the right to work in Australia
