We're a busy, well‐established company delivering a mix of residential and commercial cabinetry, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow their skills, contribute meaningfully, and build a career they're proud of.What You'll Be DoingYour days will be varied, hands‐on, and genuinely skill‐building.
You'll:Work on custom cabinetry — fabricating premium joinery components and architectural buildsRead and interpret plans — including technical drawings and cutting listsOperate workshop machinery — panel saws, edge banders, and other tools with care and confidenceAssist with installations — learning fit‐off, finishing, and on‐site problem solvingAssemble joinery — from flat‐pack components to detailed architectural piecesMaintain quality standards — ensuring every finish meets our premium expectationsContribute to a safe, tidy workshopWork collaboratively with a supportive team of qualified tradespeopleYou'll be trusted with real responsibilities—not just sweeping floors—and encouraged to keep developing your craft every day.What You BringWe're looking for someone who already has a solid foundation in the trade and wants to keep improving.
You'll need:2nd or 3rd year apprenticeship, or equivalent joinery experienceManual licence, reliable car,
