Due to growth, they are looking for a reliable and hands-on General Labourer to join their team on a full-time basis.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to learn, sharpen their skills, and genuinely advance their career within a supportive company.What You Will DoSite Preparation: Remove old flooring, sweep, and prepare subfloors for installation.Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport flooring products and tools.Installation Support: Assist with the fitting of various flooring materials.Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workspace and look after tools.General Duties: Complete ad-hoc labouring tasks as directed.What You Will BringWork Ethic: A hardworking attitude, a strong willingness to learn, punctual and reliable.Physical Fitness:



Positive physical stamina and fitness to comfortably handle lifting and manual labour.Teamwork: The ability to follow clear instructions and work effectively under supervision.Experience: Previous experience as a general labourer (flooring experience is a bonus but not essential).
Licence & Transport: A valid Australian driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle.Background Check: Must hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Check.Travel: Willingness to undertake occasional regional travel (approximately one week out of every three).
