About the roleMelbourne City Apartments is seeking a Hotel Cleaner to join our housekeeping team on a part-time basis.
Based in South Melbourne VIC ****, this role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation that our guests expect from our establishment.
As a Hotel Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of our apartments and common spaces are immaculately maintained, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of Melbourne City Apartments.What you'll be doingCleaning and sanitising guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standardsChanging bed linens, towels, and other soft furnishings in accordance with housekeeping protocolsVacuuming, mopping, and dusting all designated areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniquesRemoving rubbish and restocking supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenitiesReporting any maintenance issues, damage, or repairs needed to the housekeeping supervisorEnsuring all cleaning chemicals and equipment are used safely and stored correctlyAdhering to health and safety regulations and company policies at all timesResponding promptly to guest requests and maintaining a professional demeanour with all guests and staffWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in hotel, apartment,
