We are a data driven technology company that enables our clients to connect to their customers through print, fulfilment, communications, automation and commercial signage, based in Dandenong South.We are consistently growing and currently have a new position for an experienced Digital Print all-rounder on day shift who will have the opportunity to utilise several machines.Key responsibilities may include but not limited to:Operation of Fujifilm toner based digital pressesOperation of print finishing equipmentExperience with print finishing equipment is desirable to enhance operational capabilitiesOpportunity to be actively involved in driving operational change within the businessIn-house training with newly installed print and finishing equipmentPerform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipmentAssisting with managing and scheduling daily orders to ensure production time frames and quality objectives and standards are metLiaise with leaders and production management on all issues that may affect production's ability to meet their requirements dailyContribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and productivityFlexibility with regards to shifts in line with operational requirementsFlexibility to work occasional overtime as required to meet operational demandsFollow processes and work in liaison with the Production ManagerIdeal Qualifications and Experience:Demonstrated experience in a similar position in a fast-paced commercial digital printing environment, ideally using any of Fujifilm, Konica Minolta, HP or Ricoh digital printing equipmentKnowledge & understanding of wide format printing and print finishing would be an advantagePrevious use of laminator/s and die cutting equipment would be well regardedExcellent organisational and time management skills enabling you to meet operational production requirements and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyTechnically mindedA keen eye for quality and detailYou are good at working autonomously but also as part of a team as requiredMust be reliable, responsible, honest and committed to ensuring client and other deadlines are metMotivated, prepared to learn and go that extra mile and be self-reliant.What we offerAt Engine, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
