Three Points Core Support & Services Pty Ltd is currently seeking Casual Support Workers (Male & Female) to join our growing team in Townsville, Queensland.These roles involve providing in-home support services within the aged and disability care sectors.Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for these positions.As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for:Providing personalised, high-quality support to clients, including:Assistance with daily living activitiesPersonal careCommunity access and social engagementAdvocating for clients' rights while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeingFollowing all organisational policies, procedures,
