You will build and maintain events in the ticketing platform, monitor transactions, and prepare KPI reports to support visitor experiences.The role requires CRM/ticketing expertise, solid customer service, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
Familiarity with Tessitura/ Momentus is desirable.
