We're looking for a Part-time Concierge capable of leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of complete guest satisfaction.
You will be responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.Your Day to Day:Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomesAssisting guests with luggage, organising transportation, valet parking and fulfilling a variety of other needs the guests may haveStaying one step of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendationsCompleting other ad-hoc duties as requested to assist the front office team to fulfilling guest needsWhat we need from you:A full driver's license - Australian preferredAbility to lift, pull and push large objects up to 23kgFlexibility to work a variety of shifts between 7am and 11pm – night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the jobA friendly smile, you'll be our guests first point of contact entering our hotel.Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk toYour problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memoriesFull Australian Work rightsWhat you can expect from us:You'll be rewarded for your hard work with a suite of benefits that supports you and your family's well-being,
