CatholicCare is seeking compassionate and experienced Community Support Workers to support older people living independently in their own homes across the Central Coast.
With daytime shifts available Monday to Friday, you'll build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients while enjoying flexible work that fits around your lifestyle.

As a Community Support Worker, you'll help older Australians maintain their independence, wellbeing and connection to their community while remaining in the comfort of their own home.
This is a casual position with services currently operating between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
While shifts initially average around 2 hours per client visit, there is strong opportunity for hours to grow as our Home Care program continues to expand across the Chatswood and Epping area.

About You
you'll bring:
Experience supporting seniors in a Home Care or Community Aged Care settingCertificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent (highly regarded)Current First Aid and CPRNSW Driver Licence and Comprehensive insured vehicleA genuine passion for supporting older peopleA commitment to person-centred care
