What You'll Be DoingWorking as part of the Property Team, you will help ensure the campsite grounds, facilities, and activity areas are safe, attractive, and ready for guests.
This hands‐on role is varied and offers the prospect to make a tangible difference every day.Key Responsibilities IncludeGrounds maintenance, including lawn mowing and gardeningGeneral repairs and maintenancePainting and decoratingBasic carpentry and plumbing tasksPreparing camp facilities and activities for guest useEnsuring the site remains safe, functional, and well presentedSupporting other operational areas as requiredWe're Looking For Someone WithA mature Christian faith and alignment with CRU's Basis of BeliefPractical experience maintaining buildings, grounds, or facilitiesBe able to work both independently and as part of a teamHold a current driver's licenceCommunicate effectively with colleagues, guests,
