This role blends non-clinical peer practice with collaboration within a mental health team to strengthen support, voice, and self-determination for participants.The guide uses lived experience to help participants engage with appointments, navigate services, and access warm referrals while upholding dignity and boundaries in a adaptable, supportive workplace.
