with shifts across weekends and weekdays.Key ResponsibilitiesPatrolling designated areas to ensure the safety and security of people and property (High-End Shopping Centre)Providing a professional and courteous customer service experienceAdhering to all relevant security protocols and proceduresRespond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary supportAssess and respond to situations of riskTo Be Successful In This Role, You Will NeedA valid Security LicenseBasic First Aid and CPR certificationPrevious experience in a retail environment (vast retail shopping experience highly regarded)Availability for day/night and weekday/weekend shiftsA good level of physical fitness (patrols are part of the role)Reliable transportation (preferred)The ability to follow instructions and work independentlyStrong attention to detailA proven track record of reliability and punctualityYou must have valid work rights in Australia.
