Toll Transitions, a stand-alone brand under Toll Group, is seeking Customer Service Consultants to support Australian Defence Force members in Brisbane CBD.
The role handles inquiries via phone, SMS and email on a 7.00am to 5.30pm roster, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak periods.You will thrive in a high-volume call centre, using multiple systems and Microsoft 365, and you will bring empathy, solid communication and solid time management to every interaction.
