We have a unique service offering for our clients and work within the airline catering industry.Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:Portioning and packaging meals according to specificationsMeasuring quantities of food items according to specificationsGeneral kitchen duties as requiredTo be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills:Experience with food preparation/productionAttention to detailAbility to follow and adhere to processesFamiliarity with food safety principlesWorking knowledge of OH&SAvailable; to work full time 38 hours per week across a 7-day roster (including public holidays, weekends, morning or afternoon shifts)
