What You'll Be Doing
Assist customers in finding the right tools and products for their needsBuild strong relationships with trade and retail customersProcess sales in-store and over the phonePromote current specials,



products and promotionsHandle customer enquiries and provide practical solutionsMaintain professional merchandising and store presentationDevelop your product knowledge through regular supplier trainingWork towards individual and store sales targets
This position includes one rostered weekend day each week.
What We're Looking For You
Experience in sales, retail, customer service or a trade environmentStrong communication and customer service skillsA genuine interest in tools, power tools or the construction industryConfidence working towards sales targets and team goalsBasic computer skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnMotivation to develop your skills and progress your career
Previous tool knowledge is an advantage, but it isn't essential.
We are looking for people with the right attitude, solid customer skills and a drive to succeed.
