Load Planner | Redbank Plains $36 to $46 per hour (casual with shift loading) | Monday to Friday | 6:00am to 2:00pm or 12:00pm to 8:00pmHOBAN Recruitment is seeking an organised and proactive Logistics Officer / Load Planner to join a busy logistics operation based in Redbank Plains.If you are a capable coordinator who enjoys keeping transport operations organised and on schedule, we would love to hear from you.
This position is ideal for someone with transport, warehouse or logistics planning experience who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities and working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Training can be provided for the right person, although previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating courier bookings and transport schedulesOrganising dock assignments to support efficient site operationsCommunicating with couriers, drivers and internal teamsCollaborating with the day shift planner to ensure a smooth handoverMonitoring bookings and responding to scheduling changesMaintaining accurate records and planning informationSupporting the timely movement of inbound and outbound loadsAbout YouTo be successful in this role,
you will ideally have:Previous experience in load planning, transport coordination, logistics or warehousingStrong organisation and time management skillsConfident communication skills and a cooperative approachThe ability to manage changing priorities in a busy environmentGood computer skills and attention to detailReliability and availability to work 6:00am to 2:00pm or 12:00pm to 8:00pm, Monday to FridayCandidates with a solid understanding of logistics operations are encouraged to apply.
