The Role
We'relooking for enthusiastic and dedicated Environmental Service Attendants(Kitchen Stewards) to join our team across a diverse portfolio of world-class hospitality venues, including Nobu, Ging Thai, Koko, and a variety of premium bars, restaurants, and event spaces
In this role, you'llhelpmaintainthe highest standards in our back-of-house kitchen operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for service.
This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in supporting a team.
What you'll do
Operate commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipmentWash, polish and store dishes, utensils, cookware and kitchen equipmentKeep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, secure and organisedClear rubbish,



remove waste and maintain hygiene standardsSupport chefs and kitchen teams during service periodsFollow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
What we require
Availability to work 2 - 3 shifts per week across a 24/7 rotating rosterAbility to perform physical work, including standing, lifting and cleaningA positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
