You will deliver engaging activities, provide personal care and emotional support to residents, and help them feel valued, safe and socially connected.You will work as part of a collaborative team, staying highly organised and motivated to build genuine relationships with residents and their families.
The role involves 5 days per week on-site in a busy home environment.
