You'll play an important part in ensuring our accommodation rooms and hotel areas are maintained to a high standard for our guests.About the RoleAs a Housekeeper at The Bower Hotel, your responsibilities will include:Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to a high standardMaking beds and changing linen and towelsCleaning bathrooms, floors and room amenitiesReplenishing guest supplies and amenitiesCleaning and maintaining common and public areas of the hotelEnsuring rooms are presented consistently and ready for guest arrivalReporting maintenance issues, damage or lost property to managementFollowing workplace health, safety and cleaning proceduresManaging cleaning products,



equipment and supplies responsiblyWorking efficiently to meet daily room turnaround requirementsAssisting with other general cleaning duties around the venue when requiredAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in their workIs reliable, punctual and able to work independentlyHas good time-management and organisational skillsIs comfortable working in a physically active roleCan work efficiently while maintaining high cleaning standardsHas a positive attitude and works well as part of a teamIs available across a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays when requiredPrevious housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
