rosters and logistics for FIFO remote workforceMaintain accurate data across systems and bookingsSupport catering operations administration and supplier coordinationPrepare reports, track documentation, and assist with compliance processesLiaise with remote site teams, managers and stakeholdersProvide general administrative support to the Operations TeamABOUT YOUExperience or interest in AI efficiencies and systems (highly advantageous)Exposure to, or a strong understanding of FIFO and remote camp/village environments and operations (highly regarded)Solid administrative and organisational skillsHigh attention to detail and data accuracyExcellent communication and stakeholder skillsAble to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesConfident using Microsoft Office and systems
