This role is full-time (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) and is a mix of production, order coordination, and operational support.
You will be on your feet most of the day and involved in the full lifecycle of our framed artwork orders, from printing to dispatch.
This is a practical, physical, and fast-paced position, perfect for someone who enjoys detailed work, problem solving, and keeping operations running smoothly.What You'll Be Doing;Order Fulfilment & ProductionPrinting artwork, cutting and trimming prints to sizePreparing, assembling,



and framing ordersPackaging and dispatching customer ordersHelping maintain a steady workflow to ensure orders are completed on timeOperations & OrganisationShopify order processing and backend managementStock counting, inventory checks, and supply managementEnsuring production and dispatch areas remain clean and organisedCustomer & Team SupportHandling customer issues related to orders, missing items, or damageProblem solving and proactively preventing errorsCommunicating with staff and supporting the wider teamHelping maintain smooth day-to-day operationsAbout YouYou enjoy hands-on, manual work and can stay on your feet throughout the dayStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and pride in your workReliable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks at onceComfortable using Shopify or willing to learn quicklyGood communication skills and a team-first attitudeExperience in Photoshop, printing, framing, or production is a bonus (not required)
