We have an exciting opportunity for a
full-time Estimator
to join our quoting team, based at either our
Townsville or Gold Coast office
.
n
You'll work closely with a small, supportive team to prepare accurate quotes and tenders, helping ensure jobs are priced efficiently and delivered to a high standard.
Key responsibilities n
n
Overseeing daily estimating and quoting activities
n
Reviewing and approving quotes prepared by team members
n
Driving implementation of estimating software
n
Improving and standardising estimating processes
n
Liaising with project and trade teams
n
Supporting team development and ensuring KPI targets are met
n
About you n
n
3+ years' experience in estimating or similar




construction/maintenance
roles
n
Trade background or strong knowledge of the industry
n
Tech-savvy and comfortable with systems/software
n
Excellent attention to detail and time management
n
Willing to complete a Police Check and obtain a Blue Card
n
