Qualifications
Role Requirements n
n
Ability to facilitate exceptional, personalized customer service by providing tailored makeup solutions through strong consultation skills
n
Achieve KPI's and sales targets through driving retail events, makeup appointments and theme days
n
Leading by example with impeccable 100% M.A.C black skilled, polished grooming
n
Confidently wear and demonstrate diverse makeup looks
n
Ensure you & your team are attending mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel maybe required)
n

The ability to provide exceptional customer service, adhere to grooming guidelines, and KPI attainment.

Strong makeup skills (self-taught or accredited) – portfolio or examples required
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Flexible availability including late nights and weekends

Ability to travel to other locations when required
