Job Description
As part of the Sales Team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food setting. We're open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 5am and 7:30pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.
Key responsibilities n
Deliver fast, friendly customer service
n
Preparing and serve high-quality food, beverages, and coffee
n
Maintain merchandising standards to create an inviting store environment
n
Follow Banjo's established Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices to help maintain a safe workplace
About you n
A positive, confident team player who enjoys delivering excellent customer service
n
Previous customer service experience is desirable
n
Barista experience is preferable
n
Reliable, well-organised,



and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
n
Someone who loves a challenge and is eager to learn, develop, and grow with Banjo's
n
Potential to move into management roles in the business if the applicant has suitable management and till balancing skills
