Position Summary n
As NAPS continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and results-oriented
Student Recruitment Manager
to drive student enrolments, strengthen education agent partnerships, and support the delivery of strategic marketing initiatives.
n
This role is well suited to a recruitment or business development professional with experience in international education and a strong understanding of the higher education sector. You will play a key role in supporting the growth of the institution and contributing to the achievement of enrolment targets.
n
Working as part of a small and supportive team, you will engage with prospective students, education agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive and seamless student recruitment experience.
n
NAPS has offices in Sydney CBD and Melbourne CBD. Applicants from either city are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Drive student recruitment activities and achieve enrolment targets.
n
Manage prospective student enquiries and convert leads into enrolments.
n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international education agents.
n




Support the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
n
Represent NAPS at student recruitment events, education exhibitions, school visits, and agent briefings.
n
Monitor recruitment activity, market trends, and lead conversion performance.
n
Collaborate closely with Admissions, Academic, and Student Services teams to ensure a seamless student journey from enquiry to enrolment.
n
About You n
To be successful in this role, you will bring a combination of recruitment expertise, relationship management skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting student success.
n
You will possess:
n
n
A minimum of
one year's experience in the Higher Education sector
, or
three yearss experience within the VET sector
.
n
Mandarin or other East Asian language skills
will be highly regarded.
n
Demonstrated success in student recruitment, sales, business development, or a related field.
n
A sound understanding of international student recruitment and Genuine Student requirements.
n
Experience working with education agents and developing recruitment partnerships.
n
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
n
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
