About the firm
n This well established Noosa practice was formed through the merger of three firms 20 years ago and has grown into a stable team of 14 led by two partners. The firm looks after around 500 companies, 400 trusts and 150 SMSFs, with turnover of $3M. It has a strong reputation locally as a good place to work and for paying its people well.

The opportunity
n The partners are looking to bring on a Manager or Director level accountant. For the right person there is a genuine pathway to partnership within a few years, with the firm planning ahead for long term succession.
The role n
n
Manage a diverse business services portfolio
n
Clients range from mum and dad businesses (fees of $1.5k to $3k) through to larger groups (fees of $10k to $20k)
n




Client turnover from $300K to $15M across trades, boat sales, accommodation and hospitality
n
Review work and support the team
n
About you n
n
CA or CPA qualified
n
Manager level experience in public practice
n
SMSF experience highly regarded
n
Self motivated and comfortable running your own workload
n
Happy to work mainly from the office
n
