Job Description
Royal Oak in Fitzroy North is seeking a Dining Room Manager to own a 60-seat dining room and lead the next stage of its development. You will be on the floor during service, set the tone for the team, and ensure warm, confident hospitality while working closely with the kitchen and wider management team.
