Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, following established recipes and quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including tables, counters, and dining areas.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, while adhering to cash handling policies and procedures.

Assist in restocking inventory, monitoring supplies,



and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
n
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
n
Assist in the setup and breakdown of events or special promotions as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
n
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
n
Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
n
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
n
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an asset.
