WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for someone with:
n
n
At least 6 months' experience working as a Houseman in Australia.
n
Previous experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping.
n
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
n
Good attention to detail.
n
The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
n
Good communication skills.
n
The ability to stay organised and work in a fast-paced environment.
n
The physical ability to lift, move supplies and stay active throughout your shift.
n
A reliable and responsible approach to work.
n

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
n
You'll be one of the people who keeps the housekeeping operation moving.
n
Your day may include:
n
n
Supporting the housekeeping team with rooms and public areas.
n
Delivering linen, supplies and equipment where they're needed.
n
Keeping housekeeping storage and back-of-house areas organised.
n
Helping maintain high cleanliness standards across the property.
n
Reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns.
n
Responding professionally to guest requests.
n
Making sure the team has what they need to get the job done.
n
Jumping in and helping your teammates when things get busy.
n
